We have no control over our shipping partners, their operations, or events that effect their delivery schedules. We therefore do not guarantee on-time delivery.
Signature Confirmation
As a service to our customers, we apply a signature confirmation request on any order exceeding $150 in value. If you do not want this service, please contact us immediately to specifically decline it.
No Liability for Customer Errors
We are not responsible for customer errors in delivery address entry or delivery method selection. Please review your order and contact us immediately if you find mistakes.
No Liability for Non-delivery Due to Customer Absence
If you or your designated recipient are not home to accept your parcel, and the freight carrier driver cannot locate a secure drop point for it, he or she may make up to two additional attempts to deliver your goods. We are not responsible if you or your designated recipient are absent during any of these delivery attempts and, as a result, carrier returns the package to us as undeliverable. In such cases, an additional fee will apply to reship your goods. If you choose to cancel your order after such an instance of non-delivery, we will deduct the original shipping fee from your refund, as well as any additional charges carrier applies for its repeated delivery attempts and return delivery service.
Business Days
A business day is a regular work day. Business days do not include weekends or statutory holidays.
VitaManGlobal.com Order Processing Time
Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or before noon on the next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by noon on Monday.
Problems with your order
Lost Orders
If your order appears to be late, contact us and we'll hunt your order down for you or replace it if it's lost.
Please note that we are not responsible for lost parcels that are accepted by someone else on your behalf.
Damaged or Defective Items
We do not offer refunds for damaged or defective items. Contact us immediately if your order arrives damaged or if an item is defective. We will send out a replacement and arrange to have the damaged or defective item returned to us.
Missing or Wrong Items
Contact us immediately if you are missing items from your order, or if your order contains items that you did not purchase.
We will ship any missing items by standard delivery, usually no later than the next business day. If you received items that you did not purchase, we will arrange to have those items returned to us.
